    This company was amazing and Frank was awesome!! We had an issue with our garage door last Thursday evening. I called and they had a tech out first thing the next morning. Frank was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and eager to help us. We picked a design for a new garage door, and by Monday morning Frank had us fully taken care of with a new install. He showed us how we can take care of it for proper maintenance to save us money down the road, and made sure we were happy before he left. It’s rare these days we get companies to be so prompt with response, punctual and on time, and professional all the way around- but Shasta Garage Doors scored an A+ across all categories. Would recommend them to anyone

    The arm on my garage door broke and I couldn’t get my door unstuck or closed. Tyler came to the rescue at 9:00 at night on a Saturday to not only close my door, but he also fixed it for me. I so appreciate his service. I called another door service company who advertised being open 24 hours-NOT-before I called him and they do not do emergency service. Would have had an open garage door until an appointment could be made on Monday.
